We have been dealing with Eco Communications since February 2012. We have always found them to be reliable, honest and efficient. Our definition for ECO is Extremely Customer Orientated.
When Paul first approached us about the possibility of installing a Samsung phone system, the deal he was offering sounded too good to be true.  But with his expert knowledge he assisted us in reducing our phone bill by 50% and the installation of the system was carried out with minimal disruption to our business.
We were offered the Eco Safeguard Maintenance program. This provides us with high priority service in the event of a technical issue, a small price to pay for peace of mind.  It also came in extremely handy during our recent relocation of premises.

I just wanted to write and express my sincere gratitude to Paul and the team at ECO Communications.  We have forged a very successful business relationship with ECO Comms over the years, and more recently they have worked with us and supported us to successfully relocate all of our telecommunications services from our old office to the new office, as well as smoothly navigating the Change of Ownership (when it comes to our communication needs) from Raine & Horne to Sunland Property Management and Sales. 
Ahead of our relocation, ECO set up new lines at the new address, and on the day that we moved offices they organised diversions with our carriers, so that the relocation was a smooth process with no disruption to our services, and our telephone system was up and running the same day.

It's been over 2 years now since you installed our phone system and SIP lines, and I just wanted to let you know that we have been extremely happy with everything! The initial installation was seamless and efficient  and we have had  no problems at all. My staff don’t even know that the lines they are using are SIP!
When we initially contracted you to install SIP for us, I had many people caution me against this, but it had been one of the best business decisions we have made.

When I first came to Haycroft Workplace Solutions in 2010 I was astounded at how large our monthly phone bill was. I was also frustrated that I couldn’t actually make any sense of it. There were numerous services with alpha-numeric identification and I had no idea what they were or even if we were using them, but as our telecommunication system is crucial to our business I wasn’t about to unplug it all and find out. I attempted to resolve this with the provider, but was given limited assistance and NO clarification. Then I was introduced to ecoCommunications and although I was ready to make a move, I was concerned that we could be leaving an expensive but working option, to a less expensive but useless one. Cathy assured me that this was not the case, and demonstrated this in her office. She also promised that she had selected a system which was somewhat future-proofed, and that we would mitigate any shortfalls in internet connectivity by having back up lines (arranged by ecoComms).
 When we switched, we noticed no difference in voice quality, much greater flexibility with the phone system (changing numbers, redirecting calls, message to text, individual phone logs), fantastic service and as stated, a much decreased phone bill.  With a strong background in telecommunications, Cathy was not only able to read my bill, but she reduced it by 96% (I wasn’t exaggerating when I said our bill was big), in the first month.
We have had the system for over 3 years now, and her promise of giving us a system that wouldn’t be outdated has been kept. Not only is our Samsung system still current, with newly available apps and software it has broader capabilities now than when we first got it. The phone system has allowed us to add multiple lines at no additional expense, make phone calls from overseas at local rates, and provide our staff with support to work on the road or at home with no interruptions.  In addition, the technicians at ecoComms are fabulous and fix any problems we have immediately. We can have all our telecommunications questions answered with a single call. And not content just to provide good service, Cathy is always trying to improve.
We have a solution in place that suits our needs perfectly right now but allows us to grow. But most importantly we know we have a partner in ecoComms that we know are there working with us and are prepared to go that 'extra mile' to make sure our communications are working to support our business.

After Eco Communications explained the benefits I was convinced. I have two extra lines with no added expense. My unanswered calls are transferred to my IP line. If they aren't picked up, the newly installed phone system transfers it to my email as a message.  It’s wonderful! Nicole, David and Paul did everything they could to make sure we were all fully functional for the night.  We didn’t get it sorted until around 7pm so everyone was putting in their own time to help us through and I want you to know that we really appreciate their hard work and patience.
